Preliminary Exam Details - 


It will consist of  Two parts of Objective Questions (Omr Sheet)

Part 1 - General Knowledge  - 100 Marks.

Part 2 - Law - 150 Marks.

Total  -  250 marks.

2.Elementary General Science.

3.Law of Evidence & Procedure.

4.Constitutional and Administrative Law of India.

5.Hindu Law & Muhammadan Law.

6. Law of Transfer Of Property,Principles of Equity,Law of Trust And Specific Relief.

7.Law of Contracts & Torts.

8.Commercial Law.


Minimum  Qualifying Marks


Un Reserved Category Candidates will have to secure minimum 45 Percent Marks.

Reserved Category Candidates will have to secure minimum 40 Percent Marks. 


Main Examination -

1. General Knowledge(IncludingCurrent affairs) -          150

   General Knowledge- This Paper will also include Indian History,Culture,and Geography of  a nature,Which Candidates should be able to answer without special study.

2.Elementary General Science                             -           100            
   
   Elementary General science - A paper of questions to test such matters of everyday observation and experience in thier scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject.

3. General Hindi                                                    -           100

General English - Questions will be set to test the understanding of and the power to write english .A passage or passages will usually be set for summary or precis.Questions will include letter writing on given subject.

5.Law of Evidence & Procedure                           -           150


Note - Candidates will have to secure minimum 30 marks in General Hindi and General English.

Candidates will be Allowed to Choose 3(Three) Subjects From 5 (five) Subjects given below for written examination.


1.Constitutional and Administrative Law of India.

2.Hindu Law & Muhammadan Law.

3. Law of Transfer Of Property,Principles of Equity,Law of Trust And Specific Relief.

4.Law of Contracts & Torts.

5.Commercial Law.

All Papers will have 150 Marks Each.


Interview - 

Interview will Consist of 100 Marks.

Candidates will have to secure a minimum of 35 Marks in the Interview.
